Agreement to terms
By accessing jointhehive.net or engaging Hivemind's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
About our services
Hivemind provides dedicated offshore, AI-amplified clinical staffing and administrative support services to healthcare systems and medical practices. All service engagements are governed by a separate written Service Agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide services or a binding commitment of any kind.
HIPAA compliance and Business Associate obligations
Hivemind operates as a Business Associate under HIPAA and HITECH. Hivemind will execute a BAA with each covered entity client prior to accessing any PHI. Client obligations include:
- Notifying Hivemind of any limitations in the client's Notice of Privacy Practices
- Notifying Hivemind of any changes to an individual's permission to use or disclose PHI
- Obtaining necessary authorizations before directing Hivemind to use or disclose PHI
- Complying with all applicable laws including HIPAA and state privacy laws
Breach notification
In the event of a Breach of Unsecured PHI, Hivemind will notify the affected covered entity client without unreasonable delay and no later than 60 days following discovery. Client organizations remain responsible for notifying affected individuals and the Secretary of HHS per the HIPAA Breach Notification Rule.
Client responsibilities
- Ensuring Hivemind has the access and cooperation necessary to perform contracted services
- Maintaining confidentiality of account credentials provided in connection with service delivery
- Complying with all applicable laws, including HIPAA and applicable state privacy laws
- Promptly notifying Hivemind of any unauthorized access or security incidents
- Executing a BAA before any PHI is accessed, shared, or transmitted

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, transmit unsolicited advertising, interfere with the site, or reproduce content without our written permission.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and the Hivemind name and logo — is the property of Hivemind and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Payment terms
Payment terms are established in individual Service Agreements. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in a written Service Agreement.
Disclaimers
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing on this website constitutes medical, legal, financial, or regulatory compliance advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hivemind's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except in cases of fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Delaware.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly.
