Patient data security is built into every layer of how we operate. Hivemind executes a mutual BAA with every client and follows HIPAA-compliant protocols across workflows. Access is governed by role-based access controls (“RBAC”), meaning staff only see the information their role requires. We integrate with your existing infrastructure. Data are protected with encryption standards and audit logging to maintain a full, traceable record of access. Offshore employees access information exclusively through a secured company network hosted in the United States, ensuring data stays within a protected, compliant environment.

How is pricing structured?
