This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information provided through our website and in connection with our business operations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Where our work involves Protected Health Information (PHI) on behalf of client organizations, that handling is governed by HIPAA and the applicable Business Associate Agreement.

Health Information. In the course of providing services, Hivemind staff may access PHI on behalf of client healthcare organizations solely in our capacity as a Business Associate under HIPAA.

Hivemind's services are delivered by offshore clinical and administrative teams. Personnel who access PHI are subject to HIPAA workforce training, confidentiality obligations, and access controls consistent with the HIPAA Security Rule.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may disclose information only as required by law, to enforce our agreements, to subcontractors under equivalent confidentiality obligations, or as permitted by the applicable BAA and HIPAA.
We implement administrative, physical, and technical safeguards consistent with HIPAA Security Rule requirements. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we maintain safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we handle.
Contact form submissions are retained as long as necessary to respond to inquiries. PHI is retained, returned, or destroyed in accordance with the applicable BAA and HIPAA requirements upon termination of a service engagement.
